Background of the Study

Kaduna South Local Government Area (LGA) in Kaduna State, a region with a growing population and urban expansion, faces the challenge of incorporating these geopolitical factors into effective urban planning. These factors also determine the allocation of resources for housing, transportation, and public services, which in turn impacts the quality of life for residents. Furthermore, geopolitical boundaries often influence decisions regarding zoning laws, the creation of commercial and residential areas, and access to utilities.
